Spring Steps Live ON ZOOM

Spring Steps is a low-impact mobility maintenance class which aims to improve mobility, bone density and muscle strength for those with minor health conditions. Classes are suitable for all who do not require chair support and consist of a mix of aerobics, conditioning, resistance and balance work.
